Kristin Cavallari was rushed to the hospital on Thursday afternoon following a auto crash in the Chicago area.

The roads were a unsafe place today for former The Hills star Kristin Cavallari. News that she did suffer a dislocated elbow. "She is doing fine and will be discharged from the hospital shortly".

A source close to Cavallari tells TMZ that her injuries are not serious, but she is sore.

The news emerges weeks after the 29-year-old mourned the death of her brother, Michael, who went missing before the Thanksgiving holiday in November (15) and was subsequently found dead in Utah. She has been my light throughout this whole thing and has given me so much strength.
