The video leak shows an Apple iPhone that looks very similar to the current iPhone 6S, but only smaller.

A video has popped up online that purportedly shows the new 4-inch iPhone 6c, but the video comes courtesy of M.I.C. Gadget, a Chinese blog that Mac Rumors claims has "aggregated a number of false leaks and rumors".

What we're expecting from the iPhone 6c, based on reports from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and others, is a Touch ID fingerprint scanner, along with the required NFC chip to make the device compatible with Apple Pay.

Kuo also predicts that the iPhone 6c will be powered by the same A9 processor found in the iPhone 6s, but other reports point to an A8 processor instead. The device looks identical to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s - so much so that you probably won't be able to tell the difference. Even if we're to believe this iPhone is an Apple product, there's no way to scale it. We're told it's a 4-inch iPhone, but what if the guy holding it just has huge hands? Though this feature was first introduced in iPhone 5, users had to compromise quality and speed if they attempted to use the phone's camera for the goal. First and foremost, the distance between the speaker grille, pentalobe screws, Lightning connector, headphone jack and microphones appears to be the same as the iPhone 6s.

KitGuru Says: Not everyone will want a smaller smartphone but there are people out there (myself included) that find 4.7-inch devices too big so Apple may be able to capture a specific market here.
