Adele Just Hung Up On Apple Music And Spotify

Adele's album won't be on any streaming service for now, with both Spotify and Apple confirming the holdout overnight, while the NY Times reported that Adele was "personally involved with the decision".

Decked out in facial prosthetics, Adele joined a handful of Adele impersonators who thought they were auditioning for a TV pilot - a prank cooked up by British TV personality Graham Norton.

"It is so primed for a successful debut, you don't want to play games" said Ted Cohen, managing director of TAG Strategic, a digital entertainment consultant whose clients include Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

The "Hello" singer has opened up about juggling her music career with parenthood and confessed her three-year-old son Angelo with partner Simon Konecki makes her feel guilty when she's away from home for too long.

In the video she tells the rest of them that she is a full time nanny and a part time Adele impersonator.

Anticipating Adele fever - and counting on her ability to move physical albums like no one else - Columbia Records shipped out 3.6 million albums to retailers. 'I didn't have a subject, ' she said.

"Technically, Adele has already made this album, two times over", Desta writes.

Adele previously said, "My last record was a break-up record and if I had to label this one, I would call it a make-up record". Ahead of the album release, the singer has launched "Hello"-a massively successful single that has taken the music world by storm".

Adele is now in NY where she was pictured meeting fans on Friday (20 November)... However, it will be available for purchase on iTunes.

"I just got really anxious that I was never going to make anything that anyone liked again", she says, according to quotes from the interview posted on the BBC website. "We hope that she will give those fans the opportunity to enjoy 25 on Spotify alongside 19 and 21very soon", the company said in a statement.

In a sign of confidence in "25", the album will not be available on streaming sites such as Spotify, making Adele one of the rare artists along with Taylor Swift to resist the fast-growing sector of on-demand online music. "I was so open about what the songs were about before and you know I hurt people's feelings with that a little bit, being so honest".

When it came to her first album, "21", Adele said she would "drown" herself in the sadness of it all.
