One Direction stars in best 'Carpool Karaoke' yet with James Corden

James Corden has earned a reputation for putting the boys of One Direction in uncomfortable situations.

His carpool karaoke segment on The Late Late Show continues to bring in big name stars, with One Direction being the show's most recent guests.

That's one way to qualify for the carpool lane.

James Corden called on the boys to help him get to work, and naturally the lads had to have a wee sing along or two, because who can drive anywhere without blasting out a tune?

The band has decided not to support their fifth album, Made in the A.M, with a tour, instead taking a year-long break from One Direction. In this episode, 1D and Corden danced and sang the boy band's hit songs, "What Makes You Beautiful", "Story of My Life", "Best Song Ever", "Drag Me Down", and "Perfect". Given the fact that her song "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is synonymous with the holiday, that's the only explanation for why she wouldn't be included. While Harry did things like turn on Liam's seat warmer on the sly, James took the opportunity to tease Niall about his rumoured romance with Selena Gomez during a game of "Sleep With, Marry, Cruise".

The Irish heartthrob chose to sleep with Tina, marry Selena and go on a cruise with Demi.

Louis, 23, continued: "It's going to be interesting for all of us, to see what each other is going to do as individuals". The sketch, which involves being driven around by The Late Late Show host, was quite tricky because the fans went wild on spotting the famous four.
